About us

Wells Tobias Recruitment Solutions was established by Joe Wells and Adam Tobias, and has four offices; Wells Tobias London, Wells Tobias Projects, both based in Farringdon, London, Wells Tobias Reading and Wells Tobias Swindon.

Joe and Adam go way back, having been in short trousers together at school. They have extensive experience both in the UK and overseas, and crucially, a shared vision and approach to recruitment:

Our Management Team 

We believe we have one of the most experienced management teams in the recruitment industry. Our directors and managers lead from the front and all still recruit alongside their respective teams. 

Daniela Cavallina - Daniela is Manager of our London Office Support division, with a particular focus on account management. Daniela has 15 years experience in supplying office support staff and has previously worked as an in-house recruitment manager for firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and Accenture.

Patrick Graham - Patrick is Director of Wells Tobias Reading, servicing the M4 corridor and the South-West region. Patrick has 10 years experience in recruitment, and was formally regional director for a multi-national recruitment firm. Patrick specialises in providing finance, operations and office support staff to some of the UK's leading employers.

Koren Harries - Koren is Director of Wells Tobias Reading, heading up the division alongside Patrick. Koren has 15 years experience as a manager with one of the UK's leading recruitment companies, running a number of high-profile accounts, with a particular focus on operations and office support.

Lior Degani - Lior is Managing Consultant within our Legal & Client Services division in London, and has developed an excellent reputation within his sectors. He was previously a fee earner within a top London firm and is an expert in the paralegal, legal support and client services areas.

Joe Wells - Joe oversees our London Finance team which places junior, part and fully qualified finance and accountancy staff within a variety of industries. Joe has 12 year's finance recruitment experience, having previously been a director with a major international recruitment group, as well as being one of our founders. 

Adam Tobias - Adam manages our London Sales & Marketing team which focusses on a variety of roles from Media Sales executives to senior Marketing & Communications specialists. Adam has worked in the London recruitment market for over 10 years and is a co-founder of Wells Tobias.

Paul Baker - Paul is Director of our new venture, Wells Tobias Projects. Paul has a focus on the Financial Services & Investment Banking sector, placing senior project and change management staff across Operations, Finance & Technology areas. Paul has over 10 years experience recruiting into professional markets in London.

Nick Wimshurst - Nick is Manager of our new Swindon operation. Nick was Senior Business Manager for a large recruitment group and has over 5 year's experience within the South West region. His specialism is Operations, Support, HR & Marketing and Nick has previously managed a number of high volume temporary and permanent recruitment campaigns for local, national and international corporations.
