  • We require a minimum of 2 year’s work references for all our temporary workers and proof of your right to work in the UK

Payroll Information

When you become a Wells Tobias temporary worker, we require the following information:

  • Your full bank details (including bank name, account number and sort code)
  • Your full home address
  • Your National Insurance number
  • Your P45 (or P46 if you do not have a P45) You can download a P46 here: http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/forms/p46.pdf

Timesheet Authorisation & Deadlines

  • To ensure you get paid on time, it is imperative we receive your timesheet no later than 5pm on a Monday. We cannot guarantee payment for any timesheet received after this time, until the following week’s payroll run. There may be different requirements during Bank and National holidays. Please contact our team for more information
  • All timesheets must be authorised by an approved representative of the client, unauthorised timesheets will not be processed
