Our client a global insurer would like to hire a Bid Coordinator for initially 3 months with a view to move onto a Fixed term contract at later stage, this role would suit candidates with an excellent standard of spoken and written English, this with some experience maybe in Bid or Sales support and the production of content for the Bid Team, Duties will include;

Collateral creation:
* source information from the business
* work with Creative Design team where appropriate for visual concept and messaging input and guidance
* collate response answers (achieving a professional finish in line with client requirements)

Bid / presentation coordination:
* Internal stakeholder liaison and management
* project coordination - using standard content delivery systems
* achieve scores of 3 and above when a Client Satisfaction Questionnaire is completed by the business
