Are you available immediately to run a Contact Centre based in West London? You will have experience managing a busy team and also an outsourced team of customer service representatives.
You must have Salesforce experience addition to -
- Strong experience of managing a customer support environment with high volumes & associated KPI's
- Deep understanding of service excellence.
- Strong analytic and strategic communication skills.
- Experience of project management - organised and methodical
- Salesforce CRM, CMS, Microsoft Office and reporting experience - essential
- Experience of a 24/7 operational industry or sector advantageous
