Our client a leading investment bank woudl Like to hire a generalist at HRBP level. The role will provide generalist support to the approximately   employees based in London and requires regular liaison with the Global HR team based in the US.
The role has management responsibility for a team of 2-3 individuals, the work would include providing support across ER, Resourcing, Reward, HRIS, Talent and L&D.
- Degree educated or equivalent.
- CIPD qualification preferred.
- A proven background within HR either within a professional environment such as professional services or financial services, or alternatively an international environment
- An ability to manage and develop relationships within a complex matrix organisation
