Wells Tobias Projects is looking to hire two transformational Leaders with Change management experience from a large business contact centre or call centre background. This will have ideally covered inbound sales and/or Claims experience previously.

These role are working with large teams (100-150+) and will require someone who has experience of Change Management, Project Management or Business Transformation from a contact centre, call centre environment previously.

This role will be integral to the future development, engagement, strategy, organisational structure and 'new ways of working' across this well known business. This role will be working with executive stakeholders and teams that need an inspirational leader that can help help to transition the existing workforce into an improved business structure where they will need to adopt new skills and ways of working. There will be some cultural change aspects needed so someone who is used to transforming both people and process in a contact /call centre environment would be preferred.

SUMMARY OF PEOPLE SKILLS NEEDED:

  • Inspirational leadership and communication skills with lots of energy
  • Experience of defining and implementing change across contact centres/call centres previously with large teams >60 employees
  • Programme or Project level experience of leading and implementing Change/Transformation or Continuous Improvement initiatives previously
  • Previous experience of managing Customer service, Service Operations or Customer Contact centre environments.
