Wells Tobias Projects are looking to hire a Programme Manager/Director to lead the design, successful engagement and delivery of a series of business critical and interdependent regulatory (FCA rules, Conduct) influenced workstreams. The workstreams will form part of a broader Business Transformation Programme.
The role can be based from a number of locations in the UK, and this will require you to spend up to 2 nights away each week at varying locations in the North of England. (North Yorkshire, Manchester or West Midlands would be preferred but we can consider London based workers as long as you are OK working away for a 2-3 nights each week)
The essential experience needed for this role is:
- Insurance Industry knowledge (Protection/General Insurance pref.)
- Regulation/Regulatory Compliance influenced Programme Delivery (FCA & Conduct)
- Customer Centric Programme experience
The preferred candidate must have the gravitas and credibility to work with Executives (C & D level) as well as the engagement skills needed to work with general leadership and business teams. You will be a compelling and highly influential programme leader who has the career experience needed to operate at this level with specific Regulatory/Conduct Insurance programme experience.
Financial Services and Insurance experience will be essential as will the ability to showcase where you have gained exposure across Customer led/focused programmes in a regulated environment previously. This could cover some or all of the following; Contact Centre/Call centre, Customer Service/Client Services, Sales & Business development
This is an integral business facing programme that will also require input with the necessary technology solution (vendor negotiation and vendor management experience). The aim of which is to ensure that the people, leadership development, process and systems are fit for purpose and produce a world class Customer solution for the future efficiency, growth and success of this large business.
The role will be more of a stand alone position working with the executive team and engaging the business leaders to embed and deliver the workstreams. This will therefore require both a high level, strategic consulting/advisory skillset as well as getting involved in the detail.
