We are looking to recruit a productive, reliable and efficient Personal Assistant to provide business support to two Directors within a Charity.
Your responsibilities will include:
Diary Management for two Directors
Travel booking (International and Local)
Booking various meeting rooms across the various sites of the organization and planning off-site meetings when required this will include all logistical planning
Preparing meeting documentation, presentations, the filing of documents and scanning when required
This position would suit someone who has been providing business support to a team for a minimum of 2 plus years and you are now looking for that next step up in your career.
Essential skills required:
Communication is key in this company so you need to communicate in a professional manner as you never know who may arrive on site.
Presentable appearance as you will be meeting key individuals who have an interest in the Charity
Professional at all times but still approachable as you need to be able to work on your own but also in a team environment to ensure the job gets done at the end of the day
Work well under pressure - you will have deadlines and you will need to meet these so if you are reliable and flexible then this will suit this position as well
Great attitude to any task
Must be able to get to Surrey once a week for an off-site meeting.
