Our client, a 20 partner City law firm based in London, is currently seeking to recruit a CEO to manage the firm’s operations, covering all aspects of Business Development, Facilities Management, Finance, IT, Human Resources, Library & Information and Risk functions. The successful applicant will be working closely with the Managing Partner & Senior Partner to devise and implement strategic goals and ensure sound financial best practice. Additionally you will be managing all of the firm’s non-fee earning staff. Candidates will have prior experience as a CEO in a law firm and will have sound experience of running multiple teams, managing large budgets, extensive business development skills and a very strong background in the legal sector. This is an excellent opportunity to join this well known firm in a challenging and exciting role with a remit for growth and positive change.
