Our client, a global business services, accountancy, tax and business advisory firm, is seeking an HR officer/advisor to join their London office.
The role will be generalist but will have a focus on Employee Relations, specifically dealing with grievances and disciplinary issues.
Other duties will include; advising on firm’s polices; liaising closely with HR Manager and business unit heads, acting as a point of contact for employee queries, liaising with graduate recruitment team, monitor exam progression of trainees, assisting with and conducting interviews and exit interviews, induction process for new starters, and involvement in a variety of ad-hoc projects and tasks.
Candidates will be fully CIPD qualified with solid corporate and ER experience.
