We are seeking to recruit a part-time Dispute Resolution PA for one of our clients, one of the world’s leading law firms. This role is based in its London office, and will be supporting a senior partner.Duties will be varied, and the successful applicants will be involved in numerous ad-hoc and on-going projects. On a day to day basis, tasks will include extensive diary management, arranging travel and business meetings, acting as a point of contact, liaison with clients, and senior staff, organising travel, arranging and assisting with high-level events and conferences, drafting legal documents and dealing with generic dispute resolution drafting.Candidates must have prior Dispute Resolution PA experience from a corporate or professional services background. You will also have excellent communication skills, a good working knowledge of a variety of IT packages include Word and Excel, and be highly organised. Please note this role is part-time and will involve working 1 week on and 1 week off, 35 hours per week.Candidates will also have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at Grade C and above (including Maths & English)This represents a great opportunity to join this high-profile firm with offices around the globe.
