Compliance Officer
This role is to assist a very busy company in managing it's quality policy, manage internal audits and monitor adherence standards
The role:
Ensuring that all areas of the business are compliant with the in-house quality management system
Carrying out internal audits to ensure compliance with current legislation
Maintaining the compliance database as a point of reference for all staff
Supporting the business with additional training on compliance where necessary
Skills & Experience:
Ideal candidates will have worked in a highly regulated industry
Experience in compliance, quality management, audits and training would be highly beneficial
Meticulous in approach with excellent attention to detail
Passionate about quality and maintaining high standards
Confidence to conduct internal audits, deliver training and tackle issues
