Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner

The Role

Managing a team of 8 HR officers across different sites in the UK

Strong operational HR experience, including:

• Case work
• Disciplinary
• Change Management
• TUPE transfers
• Delivering KPI's

Experience of working within Housing, Public Sector, Care, Not-for-profit and advantage.
