We are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to join an innovative Insurance Company based in the City. The successful Business Development professional will become an integral member of a fun and friendly team at a cutting edge Insurtech business at an exciting time of growth.
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with an existing panel of Insurance Brokers
- Drive growth and profitability in conjunction with team of Underwriters
- Identify potential growth opportunities and maximise in order to achieve targets and KPIs
- Support development and expansion of distribution model and broker panel including identifying and building new relationships
- Deliver product training for new and existing products
- Organising and managing Broker events
Skills and Experience:
- Previous Business Development experience
- Previous experience in Insurance including underwriting
- Understanding of digital technology markets
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and positively influence others
- Awareness of the impact of regulation and FSA
