Wells Tobias Projects are currently looking to hire an experienced Business Process Design Analyst who has a passion for designing and delivering enhanced and new business processes. The successful candidate will be business facing and supported by a technical analyst (salesforce) who will deliver all the technical requirements back into Salesforce.
The work will involve engaging/meeting with diverse leadership and teams, requirements gathering, mapping processes/workflows, define workflow processes, process design, testing and building of enhanced and improved processes to drive an efficient business wide support service. The result of which will improve the ability of front and back office teams to deliver their work, measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
You will thrive in a collaborative agile environment where you are able to use your natural problem solving skills, try new ideas, implement & refine improvements and explore innovative approaches (Agile).
This opportunity will be working for an outstanding (not for profit) organisation across multiple business functions (financial & non-financial) to provide them with the improved tools, processes, governance training and insight needed to deliver continuous improvement and success.

Any Salesforce and/or knowledge of funding/Investment would be desirable however expertise within Business Process Design will be the only ESSENTIAL to be considered within this role.
Any professional accreditation to support this would be helpful but again not essential (Prince2, Lean/Six Sigma).
