Wells Tobias Projects are currently working with a major UK business to find a key permanent hire to manage and lead their Voice technology function/team.

This role can be based in the midlands/north west or central/south and requires a Voice technology specialist who has hands on Cisco Enterprise Contact Centre (UCCE) experience and knows what 'good' looks like from a large enterprise CC perspective.

The role will own a complete suite of voice technologies (Cisco-hosted telephony, Acqueon automated outbound dialler, Teleopti workforce management, zoom call recording and quality monitoring, Semafone PCI telephony payments and RMG display systems) and will join this company as they continue to rip out Avaya and implement a state of the art hosted cisco enterprise CC solution.

The role will lead/manage 5/6 direct reports and has plenty of opportunity for career progression. It requires someone with the gravitas and confidence to drive through decisions and engage/influence the team and the technology leadership.
