Our client a global travel hub would like to recruit 2 CRM Marketing Execs the role will own and execute content and campaigns to be consumed within CRM and loyalty channels to support our associated commercial and retail partners and the continued development and success of their Rewards loyalty programme, improving overall revenue targets and customer experience consistent with company objectives.
The candidate will need to have a strong mix of online/direct marketing experience, CRM expertise, relationship management (agency and retailer) experience and creative flair, along with the ability to analyse data to advise and manage future campaigns. The candidate will be comfortable managing a variety of agency relationships and demonstrate strong commercial understanding of implications of any actions.
