Our client one of the UK's leading charitable foundations focused on health and well-being. would like to recruit an Executive Team Manager - EA who will manage one part time resource.
The role is responsible for ensuring the Executive Team are able to concentrate on leading the organisation, dealing with challenging, complex and fast changing diary management with senior stakeholders and across the organisation and providing the Executives with the administrative support needed. You would work closely with the CEO and the Executive Team from a diary and senior administration perspective.
Your role will be autonomous and require you to liaise at senior (C-suite) level both internally and externally. You will be the first point of contact for their Trustee Board and responsible for coordinating the busy Board and Committee meeting schedule on an annual basis coordinating the agenda and following up action points. You will also handle logistics around the Trustee meetings including travel, away days and general logistic support.
Essential skills and the ability to priories a varied workload, senior level multiple diary management and experience of line management.
