Global Operations & Systems Change / Enterprise Operations / Business Change / Change Manager / Strategy / Process Improvement / Service Optimisation / Operational Excellence / People / Process / Systems / Collaborative / Influence / Technically competent /

Permanent Global Business Change and process improvement leader requirement to work across the business functions to support the future growth of this leading organisation. The role will not be involved in the detail but is more about the bigger picture and will have a key focus on the systems and processes that support the simplification and growth of this global business. Therefore someone with a strong global business process and systems ability will be preferred. (Technical competence/Systems/IT Innovation NOT a core IT/Tech profile)

This is a senior role that will be global facing and will require a collaborative leadership style, strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to support and deliver continuous improvement across this organisation.
Experience of defining and shaping the strategic vision and target operating models will be useful for this role as will previous experience of transforming operational infrastructure, systems and processes for growth.

Previous Global consulting experience from a commercially focused business or professional service organisation would be desirable, ideally from within the Consumer goods, Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics/Transport or Life science sector.

This role is not required to manage a large number of employees but will be more of a senior operational leadership position with a strong change agenda.
Specific experience of building business processes and operations for growth with specific experience of the 'people side of change' (people, process, systems) would be useful or some exposure with organisational Design, training and cultural change would also be a benefit.
