Head of PMO / ERP / People Change / Culture Change / Programme /
Wells Tobias Projects are looking to hire an experienced Programme Level Head of PMO who has ideally established and improved large PMO's covering both Business Change and Tech enabled business change (ERP)
Ideal PMO experience will showcase being a PMO at a senior programme level and our preference would be for anyone who has worked in both cultural transformation / People Transformation and ERP transformation programmes. These are some additional requirements:
- Experience of leading a PMO for Business Change Programmes & Technology enabled business change rather than pure IT Change Projects.
- Managing Programme Resource (planning and tracking)
- Financial Control and focus on delivering to Business case
- Owning the Schedule
- Owning the Risks and Issues
- Work well with internal and external assurance providers
- Highlight Reporting to Execs of both historical and future looking information
- Ability to manage multiple vendors through commercial and programme delivery
- Giving day to day direction to administrators of programme
- Supporting work-stream leads who may not have delivered such programmes before.
