Our client the worlds leading horticulture charity would like to recruit a HR Advisor, this is a fantastic opportunity to join this organisation. The role will be a varied role providing first line support for HR queries and supporting all elements of HR administration for new and existing employees.
You will need to be able to reach their location which will need to be accessed by car in addition to some travel to the London office will be required.
This is a varied role including systems and data management including monthly payroll gathering, employee escalated queries. Management of a team of 2 HR administrators.
Manage all processes associated with maternity, paternity, flexible working, contractual changes etc with administrative support from the People Services team regarding letters and payroll processing. Process improvement and policy development and coordinating and conducting exit interviews.
Managing some employee relations case work end to end, including grievances, disciplinary, performance and absence management, mediation and communication and working with managers to provide solutions.
