Our client a global leader in delivery of Health and Wellbeing resorts who are soon to be launching in the UK would like to recruit a talented HR professional or a seasoned EA with HR skills to join their rapidly growing team in London. This role would suit a HR professional with some experience embarking on their journey to qualified CIPD status. Or an EA either through office management or team management would like to explore the HR side in more depth.
This varied and exciting role will consist of 70% HR and 30% EA, moving towards 100% HR within the next 18 months. The organisational focus of the scale up in the next period will be around construction/project development moving to a more facilities and operational role. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and at times progressive organisational landscape and adapting to changing priorities.
This is a truly generalist role encompassing talent acquisition, on-boarding visa management, induction, employee relations, payroll and management and development of benefits and new policies in conjunction with the legal and finance departments
