Our client a leading fin-tech would like to recruit a talented HRBP to provide generalist support to this expanding organisation.
Working closely with your client group you will help them define their HR strategy, shape their L&D function and drive their Talent Acquisition in this time of exponentional growth You will provide advice on a range of HR issues such as reward, employee relations, talent acquisition, development, performance, change, culture, engagement and diversity and work with the HR team to drive the talent and workforce planning agenda. You will also provide generalist support, dealing with day-to-day queries and project work as required. You will also coach managers on issues relating to performance.
