Our client a global player in asset finance in the real estate industry would like to hire a HRBP for a stand alone role in their London office.
As HR Business Partner for our European business, you will be supporting the delivery of an operational and strategic HR service by partnering and supporting all of our European leaders, and translating their requirements in to effective HR practices and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.
This is a generalist role that will include ER, performance management, recruitment and working with the Senior leaders to drive performance improvements.
You will need to demonstrate a proven background as a HRBP, CIPD or equivalent and experience of running performance management programs.
Some knowledge of European HR law and best practice will be essential. Some knowledge of ADP systems would be desired.
