Our client a global media leader would like to recruit a talented HRBP to manage a varied client group, you will have experience in all areas of HR including having HR Qualification (CIPD or equivalent). Solid experience in an HR business partnering role and the desire and interest to learn our business.
Experience in performance management, disciplinary and learning and development programs
Working knowledge of UK legislation and HR best practice.
Ability to build partnerships at all levels of the business
Ability to coach and influence senior management
Ability to work within a matrix/cross functional environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to effectively deliver presentations to large audiences
