Our client a global player in strategy and communications consulting would love to recruit a Recruitment professional to drive their direct hire strategy. This is a great role for someone who has experience of recruiting professionals preferably in PR or the strategy sector an is able to pool talent and manage an ongoing pipeline of candidates both direct,referred and via agency suppliers.
This role requires great communication skills and the ability to build relationship both internally and externally.
Ability to demonstrate a track record in house house or agency led specific recruitment is essential.
