Executive Assistant with HR Admin experience urgently required for a 12 month contract in Central London. The ideal candidate will have a strong EA background with HR Admin experience ideally in a regulatory / compliance environment.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Support for the General Manager inc diary management, travel management and administrative support
  • HR Admin
  • Support for the Leadership team including organising meetings, meeting material preparation and logistics
  • Handle internal and external enquiries
  • Interact with Senior Executives and external stakeholders
  • Production of business documents and presentation materials
  • Event planning including corporate charity days, forums, annual company meeting and Christmas party
  • Administer invoices, purchase requests and update databases
  • Ad hoc projects and duties as required

Skills and experience:

  • Strong EA background ideally within Pharmaceuticals / compliance environment
  • HR Admin experience
  • Excellent IT Skills inc Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Oustanding organisational skills and eye for detail
