Our fantastic client a pioneer in the shared and co working spaces is looking to hire a L&D Business Partner to train their staff to deliver the best concierge and front of house service to their Community of over 17,000 people.
As the L&D Business Partner you will be part of a newly formed team and have the opportunity to build our L&D offer to support our aim to make their business 'like no other' place to work.
Your role reports directly to the Head of L&D and you will be responsible for designing and delivering learning interventions that support the development of our talent pool. A great relationship builder and facilitator, you will support, coach and inspire our teams and leaders to grow.
This role would suit candidates from a hospitality, travel or tourism background who understand the needs of exceptional customer service. You will deliver and constantly evaluate the on-boarding process, recommending, developing and delivering improvements. You will design and deliver training and development interventions to our people, always considering the culture, values and tone of voice.
