Legal PA with Office Management Skills Needed!

Blackfriars - 330,000 to £36,000

A boutique law firm based at Blackfriars need the skills of a legal PA who also has office management experience.

The role will be really varied, and it is essential that you have a can-do-attitude and don't mind handling more routine duties alongside more exciting projects that you may be given ownership of.

When I describe the duties as varied, that is what I mean, no two days could be the same and you will be handling any of the following as well as other adhoc duties:

  • Being a point of contact for invoice queries
  • Digital dictation (although not loads of it!)
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Updating the firm's website
  • Ordering stationery
  • Answering the phones
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • General office administration

It is essential that you enjoy working in a small office environment, this firm number 10 staff and it is very much a team environment. Previous legal secretarial experience is also essential.

Currently the role will be 3/4 days in the office, with 1/2 days remotely.
