Full or Part time (if part time must be able to work 5 days)

£25000 - £28000 (pro rata for PT)

Office Coordinator required for a Digital marketing agency based in Central London - Great offices, very firm but fair CEO and a fun and collaborative work environment.

  • Manage the office
  • Ordering supplies (milk, teas, coffees etc)
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors
  • Keep the office looking fab
  • Meet & greet clients
  • Meeting room coordination
  • Liaise with building management and other tennants
  • H&S & Fire Safety

This really is a wonderful role, with the ability to take on extra duties and be a key part of the overall business - you make it your business to understand all aspects and assist whenever you can - be this with research, organising the Xmas party or negotiating the best deals on coffee!!

You will have to confidence to suggest & implement new ideas and be in charge of making sure sure you are always busy & also ensure best practise is being followed

This role is also open to part-time, however, you would have to be in the office for 5 days including 1 full day on Friday.
