Office Manager & Legal PA
Holborn Based law firm
£35,000 to £38000
I am currently working with a small, but expanding law firm, who definitely put staff welfare at the top of their priority list.
Due to growth they are looking to hire an Office Manager who also doesn't mind helping out with some legal PA duties such as audio typing for partners, opening and closing files and booking Partner's travel too.
Aside form the PA duties this role will also see you responsible for the following:
- Inductions of new starters
- HR & recruitment
- Management of sickness/holiday/remote working
- Supplier management
- Liaison with IT providers
- Organising seminars
- Management of Health & Safety Policy
- Assisting with renewals of insurances
- Organising and controlling the LEXCEL
Experience of working in a law firm is no essential, but having previous experience of an office management/ practice management type role is definitely needed for this role.
You will need to be a 'roll your shirt sleeves up' type person, and be prepared to get involved in many different areas to keep the office running smoothly.
An accurate audio typing speed of 60 wpm will also be needed for this position
