This a great opportunity for a top class administrator with strong Excel skills to work 15 hours per week - preferably Tuesday & Wednesday however there is certainly flexibility around this.
The role is working at the head office of a well recognised retailer, looking after a product like - based close to Victoria station
Predominantly an analysis position so you MUST be comfortable with excel, formulas, V-look-ups & Pivot Tables.
- An enthusiastic and capable administrator.
- Demonstrate good MS Office skills, particularly Excel (pivot table/VLookup level).
- Demonstrate experience of learning new technical skills in a busy, demanding and constantly changing environment.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Good organisational ability.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, phone and face to face.
- Motivation and show initiative
If you have retail experience or an understanding of buying that's great - but not essential
