Part-Time Office Assistant
10 - 12 hours per week
A global software company based in Brentford needs an office superstar - is this you??
You will be need for between 10 - 12 hours per week and the company can be really flexible over how this works.
The role is to ensure the office runs smoothly and reports into a wonderful HR Manager
- General Office Duties
- Ordering & distributing supplies
- Ordering lunches
- Taking calls
- Setting up office events
- Distributing Mail
- Dealing with landlord queries
