Our client a global agrichemical business would like to hire a part time internal recruiter ( 22 hours) to work remotely for 6 months. The role will manage the end to end recruitment of a variety of roles both specialist scientific and more general white collar roles. Tasks will include;
Create job adverts in line with corporate branding, utilising the company's employee value propositions and any key functional messages which increases talent attraction
End to end candidate management - active sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview
Maintain the candidate workflow in the ATS (Taleo) to ensure data is accurate for reporting and HR administration hand off purposes
Optimise candidate flow through proactive talent pooling, recruitment marketing, and employer branding.
Flexible working patterns over the 22 hours per week.
