Fantastic opportunity for an experienced PMO Analyst to join a PMO team at the early stages of a new project and provide integral support across all key PMO areas

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the Programme RAID log, in line with agreed standards
  • Managing the Change Control Process
  • Co-ordinating the Programme Reporting process
  • Creating slides and inputs for key Programme Meetings
  • Maintaining and managing the SharePoint site
  • Meeting minuting
  • Carrying out PMO Quality Assurance activities
  • PMO Process Creation and Improvement
  • Ensuring all key PMO processes are in place and adhered to
  • Ad-Hoc admin activities

Qualifications and experience:

  • Previous experience in global PMO role - (ideally minimum of 5 years experience)
  • Sharepoint, powerpoint and MS Project experience
  • Oustanding organisational and coordination skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Previous experience of working on ERP Programmes
