Permanent Global Portfolio Lead / Programme Director required for this Inclusive global (London based) business. Enthusiastic and collaborative style required to deliver technology enabled Business Transformation. Agile approach with supportive global Team leadership & influencing style to delivery.

Leading a global team of project delivery managers, you will be familiar with leading and managing dispersed teams through new ways of working / cultural change that will see these individuals and teams have greater accountability for Agile delivery where a 'try hard-fail fast-learn fast' attitude is understood and embedded.

Agile experience and knowledge is essential in this role as the organisation wants to develop this methodology further across the business. Current state will be a blend of waterfall and agile.

Strong stakeholder engagement and influence will be key to the success of this role as this will be working across the global business leadership to support the overall portfolio of projects and programmes that will help drive the future business state and overall business improvement.

Technology enabled business change and confidence in this space will be key but this is not a Technology or IT centric role but is focused on the business change and the technology enabled improvement that will deliver the future operating model and support the overall business strategy.
