Our client a leader in chemical and agribusiness would like to recruit a Project Cost controller for their manufacturing site. This is a long term maternity cover and will work in the design Office including resource planning, procurement, timesheet management meeting coordination and purchasing of equipment.
Project office admin to manage & improve the design office IS systems e.g. Works Support Database, Design Hours Database, Reservations Database, Enhancement. Raise and track purchase orders in Ariba and ensure adherence to purchasing guidelines.
Provide planning / scheduling support to the design office. Work with the project engineers to determine design hours and resources required for the definition / estimating and design stages of all project work.
Knowledge of SAP, MS Office including excel.
