The successful candidate will be organised, bright and efficient. You will have excellent attention to detail and a wonderful telephone manner. You will combine the ability to present a professional image to clients and outside contacts with a flexible and proactive approach to their work. The successful candidate must be willing to assist with tasks not included in the job description as and when the need arises.
- Meet & greet external visitors
- Provide refreshments for meetings
- Telephone switchboard
- Ordering stationery and kitchen supplies
- Circulating Broker invitations
- Office filing and scanning
- Assisting with ad hoc requests from the Non Exec Chairman
- Distribution of post, faxes and any deliveries
- Management of meeting rooms, reception area and kitchen
- Assisting with Facilities maintenance
- Adhoc admin requests
