Change Manager / Finance Change / Change practitioner / Finance Transformation / Communications

Wells Tobias Projects are looking to hire an experienced Finance Change Manager to work on a major Finance Transformation Programme to drive overall Financial reporting efficiency and quality.

This is a true change management role where we require a change practitioner who will be able to work with the commercial finance stakeholders to scope define the change agenda and work-flow to ensure the successful change is delivered. Experience gained in a financial reporting transformation/change programme previously or a strong change practitioner who may have worked in a financial reporting role earlier in their career will be preferred

The overall programme requires an experienced change practitioner with financial work-flow improvement/finance change (not ERP) experience.

The client will consider any background where you have either trained in accountancy and moved into change or are a professional Change practitioner and have the breadth of finance change experience from either client and/or consulting backgrounds. As mentioned this is about the business change elements with some technology enablement/improvement rather than a tech/IT change need. Therefore we are only looking for those that have developed their core experience from the business previously.

This is a full time, end-2-end Change & communications role with some leadership requirements. It will support & influence the senior commercial stakeholders and manage a team of delivery managers to train and support the transition of new and improved processes/ways of working.
