Team Assistant/Receptionist

West End - to £30,000

If you are a team assistant who also has front of house experience, and you are used the to the hustle & bustle of financial services then this West End Investment Management company may have the ideal role for you.

Working alongside the Office Manager you will be handling a variety of duties from:

  • Managing switchboard
  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Keeping the FOH area and meeting rooms tidy
  • Ordering and setting up business breakfasts and lunches
  • Assist with setting up video conferences, and assist with any arising tech issues
  • Booking meeting rooms using Outlook
  • Booking international, UK and local couriers
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post & doing post office runs
  • Replenishing office supplies (stationery and consumables)
  • Order business cards
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Binding documents, reports, and presentations
  • Completing weekly resource allocation
  • Processing expense claims and invoices using SAP Concur software
  • Booking flights and accommodation through travel agents, and managing travel itineraries

If you have previous experience as Team Assistant, or as a PA who has Front of House experience too, then this role could be ideal
