Are you an enthusiastic, hard-working Formalities Administrator? Then I need to speak to you about joining a busy Trade Mark Formalities team at this leading, progressive IP firm. The role itself will be extremely varied and will cover all aspects of Trade Mark administration - from filing through to registration.

Day-to-Day you'll be:

  • Filing new Trade Mark applications (at the UKIPO, EUIPO, WIPO and the Irish IPO)
  • Sending instructions
  • Processing incoming post
  • Monitoring email
  • Drafting letters to clients and associates

If you have 2-3 years experience in a Trade Mark formalities department / records department alongside some knowledge of Inprotech you will be an ideal candidate. If you have a CITMA qualification that will be advantageous - but if you don't there is an opportunity for training.
